  1. Locate the serial number on your Yamato machine. This is required for all parts orders. The serial number should include two letters indicating the type of scale, followed by a series of numbers. Please see the combination scale plate image below for a reference to help you identify where the serial number is located.
  2. Include the serial number in an email request, along with any other relevant order-related information, and submit it to our parts team via email here
  3. If you are an existing customer and you are already familiar with the parts you need, please feel free to download and complete this order form and attach it to your email to Yamato to expedite the ordering process.
