Cleaning a multihead weigher involves safely removing product residue while protecting sensitive weighing components to maintain hygiene, accuracy, and machine longevity. First, stop production, power down the machine according to lockout/tagout procedures then remove any remaining product. Avoid spraying directly onto load cells, electrical components, or control panels. Once all components are completely dry, reassemble the multihead weigher.
